This afternoon Aunty Betty, Ann & Aunty Rae came to visit us at Honeys house. I was very lucky cause Aunty Betty gave me a very cute knitted lamb, and Ann gave me an pretty scarf.

I had lovely cuddles with everyone... it was so cozy in Ann's arms I nearly fell asleep. It was nice to see them. Mummy said next time we will go to see them at Aunty Betty's house.

Watching Uncle David..

This afternoon Mummy took me to rugby. I looked super cute in my oldboys gear. Janny knitted my jumper and Janny's friend Pat knitted my hat.
I saw lots of people at the game and everyone wanted a cuddle (especially the Meade girls).. But i wasn't very happy. Normally I love having cuddles and giving smiles. But not today. I just cried for my mum. Infact I cried so much that Mummy had to take me inside and feed me. So we didnt get to see much rugby.
But when we got home I was super happy again. (well for awhile anyway)!!! 

I haven't been a very good girl at sleeping for my Mummy the last couple of nights. Infact last night I barely slept at all... so this morning both Mummy and I went back to bed at nine for a huge sleep. I was very lucky cause I slept cuddled up with Mummy in her bed.
When I woke up Mummy needed to vacum.. and I hate the vacum cleaner. Mummy tricked me by putting on my dvd.. and I didnt even notice the noise!!

 

All my butterfly teddies

My new butterfly teddies... Yesterday a package arrived at Honey & Da's house for me. It came all the way from Australia. Inside were two more teddies. Uncle Craig & Aunty Bronny sent them. Honey had told them how much I liked my pink one. So Bronny found me some more!

It was very exciting cause I love my butterfly. The new ones were the blue "born to fly" and the white "flittering princess". Now I just don't know which one to love most!! I know Im going to have so much fun with them all. Thank you so much.

Visiting Da

Mummy took me to visit Da at work. I was very pleased to see him. I love my Da lots and lots.

What a lovely day! Since I was such a pretty girl in my fancy clothes, Mummy decided to take me visiting.. We went out to Janny & Dandys. I was a very good girl giving everyone smiles.

My new skirt!!

This morning Mummy dressed me in my pretty top & skirt... and it fitted. Aunty Debbie sent me this when I was born... Mummy thinks I look super cute in it.

This morning we went to plunket. We had a new plunket lady JAN.. she was lovely. I have grown 4cm in 5 weeks... and I now weigh 6.15kgs. Jan says that I am definatly ready for solids... just as well cause I love eating!!!
This afternoon Nyla and Andrea came for lunch.. but I slept all the way thru it.

Andrea made these beautiful photo boards of me. Mummy hang them in the lounge. I love looking at them. (so does Mummy)

Swimming in Honey & Da's pool

Honey & Da's pool is finally finished and warm enough for us to swim in. So Mummy & I have just had a swim.. It was lots of fun.. We were the very first people to swim in it. I can't wait till Da, Uncle David and Aunty Heidi get to watch me swim

 

Eating

We had a nice Sunday... This Morning Mummy & I took DA to church. I only slept for half of the mass. But I was very good when I woke up. I watched everyone around us and had cuddles with DA. The lady behind us kept holding my hand.

Tonight Mummy gave me my first try of food!!! I loved it. Especially when I got hold of the spoon. Mummy is going to the supermarket tomorrow to get me some different foods to try. I cant wait!!

My Sporty Saturday

Today has been action packed. This morning Honey & I took the dogs for a walk to the shops & Mummy had a sleepin. Then after I had a big sleep it was time to watch Aliesha play netball. She plays for girls high.. they played against Dio. They Won 20 -10. Aliesha and I had big cuddles after the game.

later in the afternoon Aunty Heidi & Mummy took me to watch Uncle David play rugby. I was a very good girl and slept in the pushchair. I woke up when I thought Uncle David was gonna come on the field.. but it took to long and I fell back asleep. They played against Te Rapa. They were playing for the stag trophey. Unfortunatly they lost!! 20 -13...

 

Swimming

Today is Friday.. that means swimming. Swimming is soo much fun. There are five of us in the class. Me, Max, Erin, Jessica & Aiden. Our Mummys sing songs so we can do actions. My favourite is the monkeys jumping on the bed

Honey came to watch me. She thought I was very clever at going under!! Im wearing my new togs.. they keep me much warmer.

Walking around the lake

I am getting better at sleeping again. Mummy only has to get up once in the night... she says she can live with that. This morning Mummy and I went for a walk round the lake with Max & his mummy Tiffany. It was very sunny. I was awake the whole walk playing with my toys and watching what was going on. We then had lunch at the lake cafe before stopping at Honeys on the way home. At Honeys Uncle David did lots more exercises with me... he is convinced that he will get me moving!!

I was soo close to rolling again tonight -but i think its best to keep my mummy on her toes so Im just waiting for the perfect moment to do it again.

Rolling

I rolled over for the first time tonight.. My mummy is sooo proud of me. I was on my tummy, mummy had just finished giving me a massage. She stood up to get my pj's when she turned back i was on my back... She was so excited she shouted out to Aunty Jodie -But I didn't want to show off. But once my PJ's were on I rolled again..
Uncle David thinks its all cause of him doing exercises with me today..

Catching up...

We have had a very busy day... First we went to Kelly & Jacks house for morning tea. While we were there I met Sophie & her mummy Jacqui and Maggie & her mummy lisa. Maggie is only little like me. I had nice cuddles with Jacqui. My mummy used to work at Sunshine Kids with all the other mummys.

Next stop was to Jasmines house... where all the Mummy's and Babies from antenatal were catching up. This time there was Nyla, Aeryn, Xander, Max and Jasmine.
It was nice to see everyone again. In the photo im having a cuddle with Tiffany & Max so Mummy can take a photo.

Our final stop before home was Honey's. Uncle David & Aunty Heidi were home from work. Uncle David was playing fun games with me. It was lots of fun.

Now im worn out.. and am fast asleep in bed.

Helping with the washing!!

Mummy & I had another day at home. I was a bit of a monkey in the night.. i woke up heaps. So mummy was pretty tired. I have been a good girl today tho. Mummy has her fingers crossed for more sleep tonight.
Honey came over and helped mummy have a clean up this afternoon while i had a sleep.. (isn't she a wonderful grandmother & mother). I helped Mummy get the washing in. It was so much fun. The towels blowing in the wind made me giggle.

Pretty in pink

Today it was freezing, so Mummy & I spent the day at home. Honey called into see us, she brought me my beanie and mittens to keep me nice and warm.
Our gas ran out so we made a quick trip to fill up the bottles and grab a few things at the supermarket.. Then it was home to warm up

Mothers Day Weekend

Its Mothers Day weekend... Mummy & I have had a nice weekend together. On Saturday we picked up Honey's present then we went to Brunch with Aunty Jodie & her friends. I was a little angel and slept the whole time. In the afternoon we went to Honeys house for a swim in the spa bath, then we watched Anden's race. He didnt win tho...
On Sunday I let Mummy have a sleep in.. we didnt wake up till 9am! (Although I was a monkey in the middle of the night -poor mummy!!) It was a mad rush to get me fed and both of as changed in time.. but we did it! We meet Mandi & Aliesha in town -Aliesha & I took our Mummys to iguana for mothers day. I woke up just as everyone finished their breakfasts. I had big cuddles with Aliesha. Just as we were about to go a lady came over and told Mummy she loved my outfit and that I was such a cutie!! (Mandi & Mummy didnt even know the lady -they thought it was funny)
