Friends

I've had a great day catching up with some of my friends.
This morning we went to Jack & Sam's house to have morning tea. I was extra lucky cause Sophie was also there. We all had great fun outside.

Then this afternoon Maddi & baby Jack came for a visit. I havent seen them since Jack was born hes now 3months old. I was very interested in Bubba Jack.

But it was Maddi that I was the most excited to see. We had a great time together.

Dancing shoes..

This morning I discovered my Flaminco shoes in Mummy's room. She was trying to hide them as they are too big for me. But as soon as I saw them I HAD to have them on. Once Mummy did them up I kept saying "shoes shoes". (Mummy says I get my shoe fetish from Aunty Debbie).

But what happened next made mum laugh. I walked into the bathroom and discovered that my shoes make a very cool tapping noise on the tiles. So I went over to the shower opened the door, walked in and started stomping.

Maybe I ill grow up to be a dancer!!

18 months old

I am now 18 months old (as of last saturday!)
So Mum thought she record where I'm at. I now weigh 13 kgs and I am 87.5cm tall (thats off the plunket chart).

I LOVE

Pens. I love to draw. And once I see a pen I become completly focused on it!!!

Creche. I have so much fun that I'm never ready to go home with Mum.
Dogs. Especially Amber & Henry
Family. I am very lucky that I have such a wonderful extended family that I get to share my life with.
Yoghurt. I think that yoghurt is the best food ever!!!
Kids. I love playing with friends.
Water. In all shapes & forms.
Music. I love to sing & dance, and making music with my instruments is great.

• I am a real chatter box. I say far to many words to count and am now at a stage where I try to repeat everything that is said. I am now pulling more words together to form sentences.

• I am very bossy!! I like telling everyone what to do. DA is my favourite person to boss. As soon as he gets home from work I tell him "off" -he has to take his jacket off. Then its "come" I hold his hand and take him to where I want.

• I am extremly independant. I now have to feed myself. And one of my most said sentences is "I DO"

Hanging with Max

This afternoon Maxie came to play, so that his Mum & Dad could do some painting. We had soo much fun together.. I showed Max my new room & even shared my teddy's with him.

But my favourite game was sliding down the stairs.

We decided since the sun was shining that we would walk down to Ann St and feed the ducks. Its only a quick walk from our house.. but Max & I decided it would be fun to take our time. Mum says we have 'trouble' written all over us.

Once we finally made it to Ann St we didn't want to share the bread with the ducks so we ate it ourselves.

It was a slow walk home with Mum having to growl and continually pick one of us up. Both Max & I spent a lot of time saying "NO". Mum says its lucky we are both so cute or she might have left us behind :-)

When we got home it was time for snack.
We managed to fit more games in before Maxie's Mum came to get him.

FRIDAY

This morning it was our first Junior Gym Session. We met Max & Tiffany early and had a yummy fluffy before class.

Max & I had soo much fun playing with all the equipment.

I was worn out after all that exercise and had a HUGE afternoon sleep! (Mum was happy)

Then in the afternoon we went to visit Janny & Pat. I had lots of fun bossing Janny around. I took my favourite book out and Janny read it to me.

I got a nice surprise cause Aunty Rae called down to see me. I was excited to see her!! I kept saying "RAE RAE RAE"

Splish Splash

Tuesday
I had a very busy day at creche. I really love room 2. Infact this morning I didn't even want Mummy to come in with me. And when she came to pick me up I made her sit down for afternoon tea.

After such a busy day it was great to unwind with a tea party in the bath!!

River Walk

This morning Mummy, Honey & I took Amber for a walk along the river.. Henry didn't come cause he was naughty and ran away!!! It was FREEZING in Hamilton this morning so we made it a quick walk as my hands were super cold. In fact Mummy says shes going to buy me gloves tomorrow.

Our week (15/7 - 22/7)

We have had no phone at Honey & Da's so we haven't been able to do our blog. But today after almost 7weeks Telecom finally connected the phone. So here is what I have been up to this week.

On sunday I woke up to find Uncle David, Aunty Heidi & Luca had stayed the night. I was very pleased to see them all

I also visited Janny & Pat. They had missed me lots.

On Wednesday I went to see my mate Max. I missed Max so much... Whenever I'd see I blonde boy on our holidays I's say "Max where are you"

I had my very first haircut.

I was super good and sat very still as the lady cut my hair. I now have a very cute fringe and the best bit is I dont have to worry about clips or hair-ties.

I have discovered Honey's plastics. I have so much fun playing with them.. This Bowl makes a great Hat!!!

On Firday I was lucky enough to see Maxie again. He called into our place. I showed him around and even let him sit on my special stairs.

On Saturday Mandi & Aliesha came to pick us up and take us to the Tamahere Markets. I Love Mandi (Maama) lots -and it has nothing to do with the fact she buys the best treaties :-) Look at my yummy lolly stick

On Saturday night we had dinner at Janny & Pats and then watched the test... Go the ALL BLACKS. I was a very good girl going to sleep in the spare bed.

On Sunday we had to dig a trench to put all the telecom wires in. I thought that I should help cause its seemed like a big job for Da.

After all that hard work Mummy & I decided to walk round and visit. While Mummy chatted with Steph and had cuddles with bubba Keeley I got to play with Mykel, Jade & Jermaine.

I've had a great week.. Its nice to be home. Altho I do miss my Aunty Debbie

Home sweet Home (14/07/07)

I have this flying lark down pat now.. I am now so good at ake off and landing that Mum just cant believe me. I slept really well from Heathrow to Hong Kong.. but I only had a little sleep from Hong Kong to Auckland as I thought it was day time.
We were along time at the airport as we had to get our buggy sent off to be fixed. So by the time we got thru to Da he had been waiting for ages!!! I was very pleased to see him. Altho I was a little unsure about all the other people waiting.

When we got home.. I wouldn't let Da out of my sight. I have missed him.

London -Shopping (12/07/07)

Our last day in London we went shopping.. Did you know that there are HEAPS & HEAPS of shops in London. And I'm not a big fan of shopping. But I was very patient and even fell asleep so everyone could shop in peace.

After all that hard work we had a drink at a little English Pub.

Then it was off to Heathrow and on the plane home.

London -big bus tour (11/07/07)

This morning we walked down to catch the special double decker bus to tour around London. We had a few technical diffculties tho.. first my pushchair wouldnt fit on the bus.. so Honey took it back to the Hotel and got my backpack. But with all that waiting.. I got tired and fell asleep in Mums arms. I stayed asleep while Mummy carried me thru the streets and even on the bus.

We hopped on and off the bus at all sorts of places..

Instead of catching the bus home we decided to walk thru Hyde Park... and guess what I saw some Squirrels.. I was to excited to keep quiet or still tho and I scarred them all away.

After our busy day we went to have Dinner with Aunty Debbies friends at Alices house. I had fun entertaining all the adults.
